Donna joined the HCPCC family in August of 2018. She brings 20+ years experience in business administration and communications, along with her passion and experience with women's and children's ministry. She and her husband reside in Boerne.
Director of Hispanic Department
Rosie was born and raised in Barranquilla, Columbia. She graduated from Metropolitan University with a medical degree and has worked in multiple medical and educational settings. She joined HCPCC in 2015 and specializes in reaching out to the Spanish speakers in our community.
Client Care Coordinator
Brenda, a recent math teacher and tutor, and former lay counselor for HCPCC joined the team in January 2019. Brenda's oversees the Front Desk managing client intake and supports and trains our volunteers as they serve together.
Alexis Swain, BSN, RN
After volunteering with HCPCC, Alexis joined HCPCC in April of 2020. She brings years of nursing experience and a heart to serve our community to our medical services team.
Karla joined the staff in August of 2020. She and her girls volunteered in our diaper ministry many years. Karla has a Bachelor's in Social Work and over the past several years has home-schooled her 3 children through graduation. Karla has a passion for life and our mission.
Lulu was born and raised in San Francisco. Her expertise includes baking, overseas mission work and case management. She moved to Boerne in 2015. She has two adopted children from Thailand and Vietnam. She will be working at HCPCC in expanding the ministry as we grow.
Melinda Avery, BSN, RN
Director of Client Services
Melinda joined HCPCC in January of 2019. Her nursing background and experiences bring valued expertise to our medical services and client care. Melinda also manages the education programs we offer to the community.
Katharina MacDiarmid, LVN
Kat joined the HCPCC family in August 2013. Kat serves the center in the medical services area providing quality client care.
LeeAnn joined the HCPCC family in September of 2013. As Comptroller LeeAnn helps oversee the Human Resource and Finance needs of the organization. She brings 25+ years experience in Christian ministry, and serves our Center as a volunteer lay counselor each week.
Office Clerk, Comfort
Mae Eaves has a long volunteer history with HCPCC and was recently hired to assist at our Comfort, TX office. She is passionate about her work and enjoys keeping things organized and also is able to assist clients with their needs.
